In this week’s episode, I talk about how I have taken journaling to a totally new level. I have already lost 4lbs of the 10 I planned to lose and it has only been 2 weeks!! I dedicate it to the new level that I have taken journaling. It has been so amazing that I have started to incorporate journaling, similar to a food journal, into other aspects of my life.
